On Mar 11, 2013 DeepaMehta 4.1 has been released. This is the most important DM4 release as it comes with a Data Sustainability Guarantee. For the first time, data you enter in DM4 is guaranteed to be transferred to all future DM4 releases automatically. So, after more than 18 months of development, the DM4 experimental stage is now over. You can begin productive DM4-based projects now.
Besides that, DM 4.1 brings minor improvements in usability and functionality. Crucial access control related bugs and other bugs are fixed. After 3 and 1/2 years of work, 7 beta releases, 5 weeks after schedule, at Aug 7, 2020 DMX 5.0 has finally arrived.
The focus of this final milestone was on improving the DMX development experience. The APIs are consolidated, and a DMX Developer Guide is available, as well as API docs. DMX 5.0-beta-4 is released at July 22, 2019. Two and a half years in the making of DMX (formerly "DeepaMehta 5") this is the first release that provides Data Guarantee.
